1. RF Network Engineers
| Qualifications: |
| |
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 1-2 years in cellular/telco interconnect/traffic engineering or related job experience, or a related technical degree with 4+ years experience in wireless communications.
Familiarity with CDMA, GSM, and TDMA technologies
Basic understanding of one or more areas of engineering such as: RF design and optimization, network design, switching, microwave, ancillary services.
Accustomed to liaising with senior management regarding pertinent issues
Ability to travel extensively and internationally
Must possess strong technical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Autonomous individual that is motivated and is a team player. |
2. Senior RF Network Engineers
| Qualifications: |
| |
Must have a minimum of three years of RF Network Design experience and optimization field experience is also required.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent and 3 plus years in cellular/telco interconnect/traffic engineering or related job experience, or a related technical degree with 4+ years experience in wireless communications. Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications degree is preferred.
Familiar with CDMA, GSM, and TDMA technologies
Experienced in responding to system malfunctions and performing preventative inspections as well as recommending parameter changes to enhance cell site/ base station operation
Accustomed to liaising with senior management regarding pertinent issues
Ability to travel extensively and internationally
Must possess strong technical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Autonomous individual that is motivated and is a team player. |
